Conclusion
It is essential to have a good quality call sheet before the time of the shoot as it allows us to know exactly we are doing at what time on what days. It also allows us to give our actors a copy so that they know exactly where they are meant to be and what they are supposed to be wearing on the days of the shoot so there are no communication issues between us and them. Without a call sheet we would not be able to film the video in the most time effective way as we would not have shots to be filmed together already grouped and would instead be returning to locations later on when we realised that we may not have collected all necessary footage from the original shoot.
